I waited a long time to get in touch w a Dr bc I had so much anxiety over the availability of an appointment, refilling meds etc. they make it really easy. No jumping through hoops to get the help I needed. Even refilling my meds is only a few clicks . I didn’t have high expectations due to previous experiences, but having a Dr actually listen to me and helping me get on the right combo of meds has been life changing (in a good way). Had I known it was actually this easy I wouldn’t have waited so long.
